Creatively Crafty Link Party #225

This week’s feature is a pair of coronavirus themed cards from Lisa of Handmade in Israel. I couldn’t help but laugh at humor behind her anniversary card, From Veil to Visor.

You’ll have to drop by the post to see how the cards evolved to capture one of the most bizarre moments in history. Lisa’s paper cut portraits capture her subjects happily doing what they love. There’s always a smile on their faces (I’m assuming under the masks as well!)

Things are loosening up here in Spain. After more than 3 months I was able to get a haircut. This week the terrazas have opened up to customers as long as social distancing rules are followed. Rick and I have done our part to stimulate the local terraza economy!

The shops are opening up, too, at reduced capacity. It’s nice to see Spain coming back to life.

Welcome to the Creatively Crafty Link Party hosted by the Creative Crafters Blogging Group! You’ve worked hard on your project, and it looks great! Share it with us and get the kudos you deserve! Any and all creative endeavors are welcome…crafts, original writing, recipes, DIY tutorials, you name it!

On to the party!

Do you have anything creative you’d like to share? We’d love to see it. Browsing through the projects is a pleasant part of my week! Thank You for sharing your creativity with us. Each week we will sponsor a new link party, and pin our favorites. With so many bloggers participating that means more exposure for YOU! Head over to the other co-hosts blogs to see all their fun stuff. Check them out here:

Thanks for sharing your project with us! Keep an eye out as we’ll be sharing posts on various social media channels during the week. We’re growing and that’s a good thing, although as the party gets larger it will be more difficult for me to visit and comment on every link. So I’m counting on you guys to help out. Please try to find time to visit a link or two yourself and congratulate your fellow crafters on a job well done!

There are just a few simple rules:

-Link to a specific post, not your home page.

-Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.

-Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.

-Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.

Please do not pin from these thumbnails. If there’s a post you want to pin please click on the link title to visit the source and pin from their blog. Not a blogger? No problem! Anyone with an Instagram or Facebook account can link to a photo of your completed masterpiece or work in progress. Could you do us a favor and share the party on Twitter before linking up?

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

  1. So glad things are opening up for you! The cards with the masks are so clever. Thanks for the party Lydia

  2. It’s so good to see you supporting the local economy with a drink or two! Win win I think! Here in the Uk we seem to be 2-3 weeks behind Spain with everything so hopefully we will be able to get haircuts here again soon.

  3. So glad to hear life is resuming in Spain. Crossing fingers that I can get my hair cut this weekend if the rules don’t change again.
