Creatively Crafty Link Party #223

Today I want to feature this thoughtful post from Jennifer Lambert It’s a discussion of how memes (those funny photos and sayings we share on the internet) are therapeutic for many people.

When the corona virus lock downs first started it was memes that kept me laughing. I remember some really dark days in the beginning when I was fearful for my family and myself. Mocking the absurdity of the situation was helpful and continues to be an outlet for expressing my sentiments about the situation. Jennifer explores the topic in more detail in her post.

For example, I posted this one to facebook:

and I posted this one when word spread of Asian hornets in the US:

Jennifer frequently shares her posts with us at Creatively Crafty, and we are happy provide an outlet to promote her thoughts. Her blog posts are often packed with good advice for dealing with situations common to military and homeschooling families, drop by and see what else she has to say!

Welcome to the Creatively Crafty Link Party hosted by the Creative Crafters Blogging Group! You’ve worked hard on your project, and it looks great! Share it with us and get the kudos you deserve! Any and all creative endeavors are welcome…crafts, original writing, recipes, DIY tutorials, you name it!

On to the party!

Do you have anything creative you’d like to share? We’d love to see it. Browsing through the projects is a pleasant part of my week! Thank You for sharing your creativity with us. Each week we will sponsor a new link party, and pin our favorites. With so many bloggers participating that means more exposure for YOU! Head over to the other co-hosts blogs to see all their fun stuff. Check them out here:

Thanks for sharing your project with us! Keep an eye out as we’ll be sharing posts on various social media channels during the week. We’re growing and that’s a good thing, although as the party gets larger it will be more difficult for me to visit and comment on every link. So I’m counting on you guys to help out. Please try to find time to visit a link or two yourself and congratulate your fellow crafters on a job well done!

There are just a few simple rules:

-Link to a specific post, not your home page.

-Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.

-Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.

-Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.

Please do not pin from these thumbnails. If there’s a post you want to pin please click on the link title to visit the source and pin from their blog. Not a blogger? No problem! Anyone with an Instagram or Facebook account can link to a photo of your completed masterpiece or work in progress. Could you do us a favor and share the party on Twitter before linking up?

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!
