Many women find themselves at the mercy of their menstrual cycles. I suffered pain every month. My heating pad was my best friend for a couple days. A hysterectomy took care of the severe cramping, but I continued with hormonal symptoms until menopause. If you’re in a similar situation, check out Krafty Planner’s Cycle Tracker.

I wish a tool such as this was available to me when I was dealing with my own menstrual issues. This tracker allows you to record your symptoms and observations each month. Over time, you’ll be able to adjust your activities (food, exercise, sleep, etc) and perhaps find some relief.
