Creatively Crafty Link Party #233

What do you think of this sweet planter that doubles as an umbrella stand? I love it! It’s sweet and it works so well with Ashley at Home’s gorgeous backyard.

I like that it’s on wheel’s so it can be moved around as the sun changes position during the day. Drop by Ashley’s blog to learn how she made it. While you’re there, do a search to see how she painted her awesome stock tank pool and fence mural. Wouldn’t it be great to sit at the table and enjoy a morning cup?

Rick and I welcomed the change of scenery when we visited the beautiful city of San Sebastian in Spain’s Pais Vasco. In Basque the city is called Donostia and its pristine beaches have lured travelers, royalty and even Francisco Franco to dip their toes in the clear waters of the Cantabrian Sea.

There’s a beautiful walk that takes the visitor from one side of the shell shaped harbor past two beaches and around a mountain to the third beach. Along the way there are plenty of benches to sit and admire the ever changing colors of the sea.

Aside from the beaches, San Sebastian is famous for its restaurants which feature fresh seafood and grass finished beef and lamb. We tried several exquisite tapas. There are more Michelin Stars per kilometer in San Sebastian than anywhere else in Europe. Rick and I relished the opportunity to drink txochali, the sparkling white wine of the region, and sidra — both poured from a height to encourage the natural effervescence. They just don’t taste the same unless consumed in the North.

I plan to write a more detailed post in the next few days.

Thanks for sharing your project with us! Keep an eye out as we’ll be sharing posts on various social media channels during the week. We’re growing and that’s a good thing, although as the party gets larger it will be more difficult for me to visit and comment on every link. So I’m counting on you guys to help out. Please try to find time to visit a link or two yourself and congratulate your fellow crafters on a job well done!

There are just a few simple rules:

-Link to a specific post, not your home page.

-Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.

-Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.

-Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.

Please do not pin from these thumbnails. If there’s a post you want to pin please click on the link title to visit the source and pin from their blog. Not a blogger? No problem! Anyone with an Instagram or Facebook account can link to a photo of your completed masterpiece or work in progress. Could you do us a favor and share the party on Twitter before linking up?

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!
