Creatively Crafty Link Party #197

Last Updated on January 3, 2021 by lydiaf1963

Linda over at Paper Seedlings shared a stamping experiment with us last week. It turned out pretty good. She inked a wreath stamp, then made two impressions. She wanted to color the lighter impression of the second one with pens and it turned out great! The underlying stamp gave some texture and dimension to the leaves. Do you like it?

Linda turned her wreath into a card but I think you could use the same technique to make something suitable for framing.

It’s hard to believe Thanksgiving is two weeks away! I’m not in a rush to decorate. It’s just Rick and I, and in the past I’ve waited until the middle of December to put up the tree. I am in a rush to complete a couple of knit and crochet projects. It’s something I’ve been struggling with since the Spring. When I have time, I don’t have energy and when I have energy there are other things that need to take priority. Annoying that it seems to be taking over everything in my life. That’something I’ll address in the New Year. In the meantime, I’m looking forward to seeing your Christmas and Holiday crafts!

Welcome to the Creatively Crafty Link Party hosted by the Creative Crafters Blogging Group! You’ve worked hard on your project, and it looks great! Share it with us and get the kudos you deserve! Any and all creative endeavors are welcome…crafts, original writing, recipes, DIY tutorials, you name it!

On to the party!

Do you have anything creative you’d like to share? We’d love to see it. Browsing through the projects is a pleasant part of my week! Thank You for sharing your creativity with us. Each week we will sponsor a new link party, and pin our favorites. With so many bloggers participating that means more exposure for YOU! Head over to the other co-hosts blogs to see all their fun stuff. Check them out here:

Thanks for sharing your project with us! Keep an eye out as we’ll be sharing posts on various social media channels during the week. We’re growing and that’s a good thing, although as the party gets larger it will be more difficult for me to visit and comment on every link. So I’m counting on you guys to help out. Please try to find time to visit a link or two yourself and congratulate your fellow crafters on a job well done!

There are just a few simple rules:

-Link to a specific post, not your home page.

-Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.

-Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.

-Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.

Please do not pin from these thumbnails. If there’s a post you want to pin please click on the link title to visit the source and pin from their blog. Not a blogger? No problem! Anyone with an Instagram or Facebook account can link to a photo of your completed masterpiece or work in progress. Could you do us a favor and share the party on Twitter before linking up?
