Creatively Crafty Link Party #150

Lina from Sew Historically shared a collection of heirloom crochet patterns for making a stylish Edwardian tam o’shanter.

Not only are the patterns interesting to read but it would be fun to recreate them. You’ll also find a charming video from 1906 embedded into the post. It features young women from a ladies college enjoying a day in the snow. The outfits are a marvel!

Lina’s blog is devoted to exploring the lifestyles and costumes of the Edwardian and Victorian eras. You can spend a lot of time browsing her blog. Perfect for a cold, dreary afternoon, cuddled under a blanket with a warm glass of your favorite beverage in hand!

Since Christmas will arrive before the next Creatively Crafty party, let me take the time to wish you all a Merry one!

Welcome to the Creatively Crafty Link Party hosted by the Creative Crafters Blogging Group! You’ve worked hard on your project, and it looks great! Share it with us and get the kudos you deserve! Any and all creative endeavors are welcome…crafts, original writing, recipes, DIY tutorials, you name it!

On to the party!

Do you have anything creative you’d like to share? We’d love to see it. Browsing through the projects is a pleasant part of my week! Thank You for sharing your creativity with us. Each week we will sponsor a new link party, and pin our favorites. With so many bloggers participating that means more exposure for YOU! Head over to the other co-hosts blogs to see all their fun stuff. Check them out here:

Thanks for sharing your project with us! Keep an eye out as we’ll be sharing posts on various social media channels during the week. We’re growing and that’s a good thing, although as the party gets larger it will be more difficult for me to visit and comment on every link. So I’m counting on you guys to help out. Please try to find time to visit a link or two yourself and congratulate your fellow crafters on a job well done!

There are just a few simple rules:

-Link to a specific post, not your home page.

-Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.

-Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.

-Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.

Please do not pin from these thumbnails. If there’s a post you want to pin please click on the link title to visit the source and pin from their blog. Not a blogger? No problem! Anyone with an Instagram or Facebook account can link to a photo of your completed masterpiece or work in progress. Could you do us a favor and share the party on Twitter before linking up?
